Pascale opened her first salon, Pascale's Centre de Beaute', in 1987, and in 1998 opened PascaleSpa in the Oil Center. Among the numerous awards received over the years, PascaleSpa was voted "best Spa of Acadiana" in the Times of Acadiana reader's poll in 1999, 2000, ans 2006.
