Moss Motors began its journey 31 years ago. William J. Moss aka Billy Jack, started Moss Motors on a wing and a prayer. After Billy Jack's untimely death, his wife Sharon took the helm. Currently, Moss Motors is the largest retailer of automobiles in the Lafayette area and the 11th largest dealer in the State of Louisiana. Moss Motors features an extensive selection of Honda, BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. In addition, they offer top notch service and pre-owned vehicles.

Owner, Sharon Moss serves on many local boards and is involved in many fund raising Events / Activities in our community. She was named Philanthropist of the Year in 2006 and Dealer of the Year for Louisiana in 2008; breaking ground as the 1st woman to ever win this award. This year, Sharon was named the the Acadiana Business Hall of Fame as Laureate. Moss Motors is also the first presenting sponsor of the Shop Local Acadiana project and a proud supported of locally owned businesses. Sharon feels very lucky to live in Acadiana, "I love our community, our people and our way of life. It is a pleasure to be able to give back to our community."
