We have a large selection of fonts and threads to choose from. We specialize in finding just the right font and thread to compliment your item. Each piece is handled individually with all aspects of the item taken into consideration.

Maralien Orantes grew up in New Orleans, LA and graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelors degree in speech therapy. While practicing speech therapy in the school system, she started making clothes for her children in the evening. After
the outfits were completed, she wanted to have them monogrammed. She thought of buying a home embroidery machine but with the dream of owning her own business, she purchased an industrial embroidery machine. She worked out of her home for 2 years then opened
an embroidery retail shop in Algiers. The exact weekend she intended on expanding to a larger location, Hurricane Katrina hit. She sold her business, moved to Lafayette and planned on returning to a career in speech therapy. That plan was halted as she greatly
missed the industry of embroidery. She opened initials with a partner but has since become the sole owner.
